Physiotherapy FAQs

Physiotherapy is a healthcare service aimed at restoring movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Our physiotherapists use hands on techniques, exercise prescription and education to help you achieve your goals.

  • Post-stroke and neurological rehabilitation
  • Sports injuries and overuse syndromes
  • Arthritis and joint pain

Sessions typically run for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs. This includes reassessment, hands on treatment and home-exercise instruction.

Yes. We offer in-home visits across rural and remote areas. Please mention your preference when you book.

Most private health funds rebate physiotherapy services—please check your level of cover. NDIS participants may be eligible under core or capacity-building supports; we can assist with funding paperwork.

The number varies by condition and progress. Your physiotherapist will review regularly and adjust your plan to ensure you make steady gains.
