Lift Health Group is seeking autonomous and spirited Allied Health Professionals to join our dynamic and growing team. If you have a passion for rural healthcare, flexibility in your schedule, and at least 2 years of post-university or NDIS experience, we want to hear from you!

We Are an Established FIFO Allied Health Company with our HQ Based in Adelaide, South Australia

● In 2023, we completed over 4,000 patient consults across 30 rural and remote towns in SA, NSW, QLD, and VIC. In 2024 we expanded to the NT and TAS. 
● We fly out from Adelaide Airport. 

The Role 

● Fly-In, Fly-Out: Service rural communities while sleeping in your own bed. 
● Flexible Roster: 3 flying days, 1 office day, and 1 day off per week. 
● No Overnights: All trips are day trips, allowing you to finish early, and go home.
● Rewarding Work: Make a real difference in healthcare access across rural and remote Australia.
● Competitive Pay: Benchmarked pay rates equal/above those of city-based clinical work. 

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum of 2 years’ experience. 
● Experience with or strong understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). 
● Paediatric experience preferred, but generalist experience also considered. 
● A passion for rural healthcare and a flexible, adventurous spirit. 

What You’ll Do 

● Provide care to a maximum of 5 clients per day. 
● Travel with a multidisciplinary team in modern private planes with experienced pilots. 
● Enjoy breathtaking views and no peak-hour traffic.
