For home visits, we complete a safety and suitability check in advance to ensure the environment is appropriate for both the participant and the therapist.

Occupational Therapy services are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and always according to the pre-approved quote you receive. Charges may include therapy, report writing, travel or telehealth where applicable.

We do not charge for anything that has not been agreed to in advance.

If you are an NDIS participant, invoices are sent after each session to:

  • Your Plan Manager (if plan-managed)
  • The NDIA (if agency-managed)
  • Or you directly (if self-managed)

You can view full fee and billing details in our Terms & Conditions or contact us for a personalised quote.

If your regular OT is unavailable, we’ll assign another qualified team member to continue your support. A full handover is completed to maintain consistency and ensure minimal disruption. Our team understands that change can be difficult, and we’re here to help make any transition as smooth as possible.
