Online assessments scheduled immediately, with reports ready within 48 hours for urgent claim, funding, or review needs.

Our Booking Process
Booking with Lift Health Group is easy, just follow these steps, and we’ll handle the rest to get you the support you need, when you need it.
Submit a Referral Form
Start by filling out our New Client Referral Form. This helps us understand your needs and tailor our services to suit you.
Receive a Service Quote
Once we receive your referral, we’ll send you a quote for plan approval for the services you require.
Service Agreement
After approving the quote, we’ll prepare a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions. Sign and return it to confirm your booking.
Appointment Confirmation
We’ll confirm your appointment time and location, guide you through any pre-assessment forms, and send a reminder via email and SMS
