Comprehensive Assessments for Your Needs

Our Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) are designed to evaluate an individual’s abilities and identify the supports needed to enhance their independence and participation in daily activities. This comprehensive assessment helps tailor interventions and services to meet each participant’s unique needs and goals.

Assistive Technology Assessments Assistive Technology Assessments focus on identifying and recommending the right assistive devices and technologies to improve participants’ functional capabilities and overall quality of life. Our team evaluates the specific needs of each individual and provides personalised recommendations to enhance their independence and participation in various activities.

Home and Living Assessments Our Home and Living Assessments aim to ensure that participants’ living environments are safe, accessible, and conducive to their well-being. We assess the home environment and recommend modifications, equipment, or housing recommendations, including Specialist
Disability Accommodation (SDA), to improve safety, accessibility, and functionality. This assessment helps participants live more independently and comfortably in their current or future homes.

Personalised Care Each assessment is conducted with a person-centred approach, ensuring that the recommendations and interventions are tailored to the individual’s specific needs, preferences, and goals. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support that enhances the participant’s quality of life and helps them achieve their desired outcomes.
