Is what we told the people of Maitland. Lift Health Group had a tent at the Maitland Show where we conducted a competitive competition, to see who had the strongest biceps. Our winner could bicep curl a staggering 58kg. Seeing the local community come together at the Maitland Show was a fantastic and extremely enjoyable experience for Lift Health Group.
